- Recipient can contact TravelGoogy.com through Phone/Email as given in the Gift Voucher to redeem the same. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Terms & Conditions
- TravelGoogy Gift Vouchers are redeemable across all participating Hotels/Resorts/Home Stays/House boats within India, against all holiday packages purchased from TravelGoogy.
- The TravelGoogy Gift Vouchers is valid for one year from the date of issue. The date of issue is entered on the face of the voucher.
- Should your purchase value exceed the value of this Voucher, the difference should be paid.
- The TravelGoogy Gift Voucher must be presented to TravelGoogy.com while booking your holiday.
- TravelGoogy will not be liable to replace the Gift Vouchers that are lost or stolen and no credit will be given for the same.
- TravelGoogy Gift Vouchers can be redeemed at one time only and part of its value cannot be either carried forward or refunded in cash.
- The GreenAtom Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or alter the terms and conditions of this Gift Voucher at any time.
- This Gift Voucher is not valid without authorized signature and company's seal.
- Mutilated or defaced Gift Vouchers will not be honored.
- Once a voucher is issued, there will not be any cancellation or refund.

Once you made a payment using any of the above options, send an email to info (at) travelgoogy (dot) com quoting relevant informations like mode of the payment, payment details and most importantly the address to which the gift voucher has to be sent.
