Rejuvanation [Rasayana Chikitsa]
This is a complete rejuvenation therapy, a unique process designed for enhancing overall health and total body conditioning. The cells in every living being undergo modification during growth. The rate of this degeneration increases in old age. Rasayana Chikitsa, also known as rejuvenation therapy, reduces the rate of degradation and thereby rejuvenates the body.

Sirodhara
Sirodhara means poring of a liquid on the forehead in a continuous stream. Sirodhara rejuvenates and revitalizes the body and mind. This therapy relieves stress and strain related problems, slows the aging process, improves memory and is known to have a curative effect for paralysis, insomnia, depression, anxiety, hypertension and other neurological malfunctions. Sirodhara can be of three types based on the liquid used: Thailadhara with medicated oil; Thakaradhara- with medicated buttermilk and Ksheeradhara – with medicated milk.
Vashpaswedanam: (Ayurvedic Medicated Steam Bath)
